1 (4 oz.) package Chocolate Pudding (NOT instant)
2 cups Milk
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a two-quart saucepan, combine pudding and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding comes to boil. Remove from heat and add cake mix. Stir until well blended.

Spread into a 13x9 inch greased and floured cake pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven. Cool completely before cutting.
