Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 racks of Baby back ribs
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder
2 bottes of your choice of BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take ribs out of package and remove the membrane first before cooking. If you turn the ribs to the back side it is the white stuff. (You can search a you tube video on how to do this or follow these directions.) It's really easy. I start in the middle put a butter knife under the membrane through to the other side then pull to each end. Make sure it all comes off. This is what makes the meat get very tender. Then Salt, Pepper and little chili powder the meat, wrap in aluminum foil. place on pans and put in preheated oven at 275º. Cook for 4-6 hours until the meat is done. Then prepare the grill either charcoal or gas accordingly. Put BBQ sauce in bowl to better brush on BBQ sauce. This you are only allowing the sauce to sear to the meat. Flip gently as the meat will be falling off the bone. Apply BBQ sauce to both sides searing on both sides to a good seared appearance then remove.
