2 Cups Macaroni cooked and drained
2 4 oz. packages Dried Beef
2 8oz. pkg. Cheddar Cheese
1/2 - 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup Whole Milk or Half and Half
1 pkg. Baby Bella mushroom chopped and sauté
2 bunches Green Onions finely chopped (save some for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni to directions and drain but do not rinse. Place in mixing bowl.

Blend together remaining ingredients except for Parmesan Cheese and fold into macaroni. Mix gently.

Top with Parmesan Cheese.

Bake at 350º covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for another 10 - 15 minutes.

Garnish with remaining Green Onions.

I got this recipe from my Mom. Sometimes she would add a couple hard boiled eggs sliced. I grew up eating this. This recipe holds many precious memories for me.
