3 cup cooked spaghetti - or any noodle of choice
1 can Rotel
1½ lb Velveeta - cut into chunks
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup chopped onion
3 chicken breasts
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Rotel, soup and cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Cover & heat until cheese melts, stirring every few minutes. Add onion, pepper, chicken and garlic powder & stir together. Add cooked spaghetti and mix together. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Grate a small amount of cheddar cheese on top. Cover & bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Try putting in broccoli or any other vegetable that you think would go great with velveeta cheese. When making a larger batch, try using half original Velveeta and half Mexican Velveeta. This is great too! My favorite is with shell pasta – lots of cheese and
spice in almost every shell! For an “unleaded” version – use Lite Velveeta and 98% fat free cream of chicken soup.
