½ cup salted smoked almonds
1 slice firm white bread, torn into pieces
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
½ cup bottled barbecue sauce
4 small (about 1 pound)
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse almonds, bread, and pepper until coarsely chopped; transfer to waxed paper. In pie plate, mix sour cream with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
2.Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, then into almond mixture to coat, firmly pressing so mixture adheres; arrange on cookie sheet.
3.Bake chicken 12 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced with tip of knife. Serve with remaining sauce.
