Stephen Scully

2 yellow onions (small medium), diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 smoked kielbasa (the one from whole foods works really well), sliced
1 1/4 cup rice (rice that takes 15-20 minute to cook)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 cup water (can adjust ratios of water and Worcestershire sauce)
1 can diced tomatoes
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves
~1 Tbsp olive oil

1) Sautee kielbasa in olive oil over medium heat for ~ 5 minutes.
2) Add onions, celery, pepper, garlic and sautee 5-10 minutes until vegetables are soft
3) Add water, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, bay leaves, cayenne pepper and bring to boil.
4) Add rice, bring to boil, stir, cover with lid, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes (until rice is cooked).
5) Enjoy!
