2 pound whole chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 can green chilies
1 can olives
½ cup green onion
⅔ cup sour cream
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pkg. cream cheese
1½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1½ cup whipping cream
½ cup cheddar Monterey jack cheese mixture
½ cup pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chicken breasts, green chilies and spices into crock pot. Add 1½ cup water.
2. Cook on medium 4 or 5 hours, stirring occasionally. (This will help shred chicken.) When chicken is thoroughly cooked stir until mostly shredded.
3. Add in olives, green onion, mayo, cream cheese, sour cream add in ¼ cup whipping cream. Mix well.
4. Fill each flour tortillas with chicken mixture. Heavily sprinkle cheese on chicken
mixture and roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish.
5. When dish in full, heavily sprinkle more cheese mixture on top and pour whipping cream over the tortillas. Don’t be afraid to use a lot of whipping cream, this is your sauce. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
