½ c butter
1 T lime juice
6 lg cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapenos, sliced
¼ c white vinegar
3 T cilantro, fresh, minced
1 t black pepper
1 T salt
2 t cumin
2 t chipotle powder
1 t onion powder
1 t Mexican oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix all ingredients. Fry brined chicken wings until crispy. Toss wings in sauce and serve hot, or serve sauce on side.

Made this sauce for family wing cook off – did not win, but it was very tasty! Our family always loved a good food cook off event!
