Coffee Cake

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft shortening
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups blueberries

Crumb Topping

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup soft butter (1/2 stick)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and egg together. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into sugar mixture. Gently fold in blueberries and spread in a greased and floured 9" square pan.

For crumb topping mix ingredients together and sprinkle over top of coffee cake. (I do this with rubbing mixture between hands)

Bake at 375ºF for 45-50 minutes
