Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:

40 oz can Sweet Potatoes, draied
1 c Sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Eggs
½ stick Butter, melted
½ c Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in 2 quart baker or rectangular casserole, sprayed with cooking spray.
 

Topping

1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Chopped Pecans
½ c Flour
½ stick Butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients until thoroughly moistened, sprinkle evenly over the top of the potatoes. Bake for 30-45 minutes in 350º oven.
