˝ kg łopatki (zmielonej)
˝ kapusty pekińskiej
10 łyżek ryżu
6 łyżek kaszy manny
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
Sól, pieprz
9 szklanek wody
2 kostki rosołowe
1 mały koncentrat pomidorowy
1 mały słoik ketchupu łagodnego


6 Eggs
2 lbs pork or beef shoulder meat
˝ Chinese cabbage
10 Tbsp rice
6 Tbsp semolina
2 Tbsp potato flour
Salt pepper
9 glasses water
2 stock cubes
1 small tomato paste
1 small jar mild ketchup

Kotlety: Kapustę posiekać, włożyć do miski. Dodać resztę składników, wymieszać i doprawić do smaku. Uformować kotlety i usmażyć na patelni. SOS: Do garneczka wlać wodę, dodać kostki rosołowe, koncentrat, ketchup i zagotować Kotlety włożyć w naczynie żaroodporne i zalać sosem, Włożyć do piekarnika i piec 50 min. W 180 stopniach.

Cutlets: Chop the cabbage and put it in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and season to taste. Shape into chops and fry in a pan. SOS: Pour water into a pot, add stock cubes, concentrate, ketchup and bring to a boil. Put the cutlets in an ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce. Put them in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. At 350ş.
