Approximately 5 lbs (fed 9 people including 2 kids)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and any seasoning combo you wish
1 large onion
1 lb fresh, sliced mushrooms
2 cups Beef stock
2-3 tbsps Worcester sauce
2-3 tbsp Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast generously at least 2 hours before cooking
Sear all sides of meat in canola oil in a cast iron pan about 5 -6 minutes per side
Slice onions and mushrooms
Combine beef stock, Worcester, and soy sauce

Add sliced onions and mushrooms to a crock pot, add beef then the liquid mixture

Cook low until internal temperature is about 135 (about 2 - 3 hours) check temp every 30 minutes
Remove and wrap in foil for 15-20 minutes
Add flour to sauce to thicken
