500g makaronu lasagne
400g piersi z kurczaka
400g pieczarek
1 cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
350g tartego twardego sera
Sól, pieprz do smaku, olej do smażenia
3 szkl. mleka
4 łyżki mąki pszennej
4 łyżki masła
Szczypta gałki muszkatołowej
Sól, pieprz do smaku

1 lb chicken breast
14 oz mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
12 oz grated hard cheese
Salt, pepper to taste, frying oil
3 cups milk
4 Tbsp wheat flour
4 Tbsp butter
A pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Makaron ugotować w osolonym wrzątku i ostudzić. Pieczarki pokroić w plastry, cebulę posiekać. Pierś z kurczaka pokroić w kostkę, oprószyć solą i pieprzem
Na patelni rozgrzać olej i udusić cebulę i czosnek, dodać pieczarki, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Na drugiej patelni usmażyć kurczaka, połączyć z pieczarkami. Sos: w rondelku stopić masło, wsypać mąkę, cały czas mieszając do uzyskania złocistej zasmażki, wlać mleko , wsypać przyprawy, gotować aż sos zgęstnieje. Żaroodporne naczynie wysmarować tłuszczem i rozprowadzić trochę sosu. Makaron układać jeden na drugim, każdy smarując cienko sosem, układając na nim farsz mięsno-grzybowy i posypując serem.

Na wierzchu całość polać resztą sosu i posypać serem.Lasagne wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180°C i zapiekać ok. 40 min. W połowie pieczenia przykryć folią aluminiową aby potrawa zbytnio nie wyschła. Podawać zaraz po upieczeniu.

Boil the pasta in salted water and cool. Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion. Dice the chicken breast, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stew the onion and garlic, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. In the second pan, fry the chicken and combine with the mushrooms.

Sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, stirring all the time until a golden roux, pour in the milk, add spices, cook until the sauce thickens. Grease an ovenproof dish and spread some sauce over it. Put the noodles on top of each other, each spreading thinly with the sauce, placing the meat and mushroom stuffing on it and sprinkling with cheese.

Pour the rest of the sauce 350°and bake for about 40 minutes. Cover halfway through the cooking time with aluminum foil to prevent the food from drying out too much. Serve immediately after baking.
