500g pieczarek
3 jaja
3 łyżki mąki pszennej
Pieprz, sól
1 płaska łyżka bazylii
20g parmezanu lub Grana Padano
Bułka tarta
Olej
Paprika słodka

3-4 cups mushrooms
3 eggs
3 Tbsp wheat flour
Pepper, salt
1Tbsp basil
1 ˝ Parmesan or Grana Padano
Bread crumbs
Oil
Sweet paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Pieczarki obrać i umyć (tylko kapelusze). Przyprawić solą, pieprzem i papryką słodką
Jajka wymieszać z mąką, przyprawami, bazylią , startym parmezanem by powstało gęste ciasto. Każdy kapelusz otoczyć w cieście, a następnie w bułce tartej. Na patelni rozgrzać olej (1/3 wysokości pieczarki). Smażyć pieczarki z obu stron na rumiano. Podawać z sosem czosnkowym

Peel and wash the mushrooms (hats only), Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Mix the eggs with the flour, spices, basil, grated Parmesan cheese to make a thick dough. Wrap each hat in batter and then in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan (1/3 the height of the mushrooms). Fry the mushrooms on both sides until browned. Serve with garlic sauce
