1½ cups flour
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1 cup oatmeal
200 g/2 sticks of butter
½ cup sugar
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and let them cool down.

Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a food processor. Add sunflower seeds, baking powder, oatmeal and a pinch of salt. Mix everything again. Add the flour and knead the dough.

Form walnut-sized balls by slightly flattening them

Bake at 175º C/350º F for 15 minutes
