1 large apple (or 2 medium)
3 tsp vanilla sugar
4 Tbsp cinnamon
200g/7oz butter
4 eggs
2 cups flour
cup of sugar
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the sliced apple with half the vanilla sugar packet and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.

Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining vanilla sugar, then add the eggs one at a time and continue to mash.Add the remaining vanilla sugar, then add the eggs one by one, mix everything. Sift the flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Add to the dough and mix. Add the diced apples and mix again.
Use a spoon to form small round cakes on the baking tray.

Bake at 180 C/350F for 20 minutes
