7 ears corn shucked
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
2 T cornstarch
2 T Butter
3/4 T Kosher salt
1Lb Shrimp
1 tsp salt free Creole Seasoning
3/4 tsp Paprika
2 T olive Oil
1 Cup halved grape tomatoes
1 T fresh thyme leaves
5 garlic cloves
1/2 C sliced green onions
1/4 C dry white wine

1) Cut Kernels- Pulse 3 cups kernels in food processor until almost creamy. Scrape milk and pulp from cobs into med saucepan. Add processed kernels, milk. cornstarch. Bring to simmer until thick ( 5 min) Stir in 1 1/2 T butter and 1/4 T salt. Remove from heat. cover and keep warm.

2) Combine shrimp, creole seasoning paprika and pepper. Add oil and butter to skillet. Add shrimp, tomatoes, thyme, garlic and 1/2 T salt. ( 3 min) Add onions and 1/2 C corn. Add wine. Serve over creamed corn and brown rice.
