eggs

mustard
sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube the potatoes. Put in a pot and cover them with water. Add the eggs and some salt. Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook until tender. Drain them and put in a bowl with some margarine on them to melt. Peel and chop up the eggs, add to the bowl with the potatoes and margarine. Add a squire of mustard, a spoon or 2 of the sweet pickle relish, salt and pepper and a large scoop of mayo. Stir together, do not over mix while warm the potatoes will continue to mash.
