2 large eggs, whisked
1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 C finely chopped onion
1/4 C milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb. ground meat or meat like vegan product

OR forget all that and use
1 pkg. frozen prepared meat(less) balls!

Either way, also need:
1 C grape jelly, any brand
1 bottle Heinz chilli sauce

For homemade meatballs, whisk eggs and add bread crumbs, onion, milk, salt and worc. sauce. Add ground meat or vegan product. Mix until combined and shape into 1-inch balls.

Add oil to pan, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Place meatballs into crockpot, cover wtih grap jelly and chili sauce.

Frozen meatballs are much easier...add them to the crockpot, thawed or frozen, then add the jelly and sauce.

There no mistaking when these meatballs are done. The sauce is ooey and gooey and starts to carmelize and smell oh so good. De-LISH!!
