4 eggs, well beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
miniature marshmallows

1 cube butter
6 tbsp milk
4 tbsp Hershey's cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix all cake ingredients except marshmallows and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. When done, turn off oven and spread marshmallows over top of cake. Set back in oven just long enough for marshmallows to melt. Do not brown. Remove from oven and cool cake. To make frosting: mix butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Pour over cake.
