1 can chicken broth
1/2 t soy sauce
1/2 t sesame oil
1/8 t ginger
2 t cornstarch
1 T 1t water
2 eggs beaten
1/8 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir together cornstarch and water. Pour into boiling broth. Stir gently while you SLOWLY pour in the eggs.
