1 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
4 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, margarine, and eggs together. Add all other ingredients. Cool dough in the refrigerator until easy to hold. Roll into 1" balls and flatten with sugar-dipped glass or cookie stamp. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
