2 lb. hamburger
1/2 large onion
1 lb. velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can refried beans
1 can tomato soup
1/4 green pepper
pinch of red pepper
1/4 t. chili powder
1 t. taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and onion together and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
