8-16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
15 oz. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1½ teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg, powder or freshly grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Gingersnaps or Orange Cookies (Anna's brand)

Blend cream cheese and sugar until just smooth but do not over mix; gradually stir in pumpkin. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. It should be light and fluffy. Chill and serve with gingersnaps or orange cookies. Note: Anna's brand is a thin Swedish cookie.
