5 cups Flour
1 1/2 c crisco
salt
1 yeast packet
1/2 tsp sugar
warm water


Cubes of Lamb meat
onion (finely chopped)
pine nuts
all spice
1 1/2 lemon
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the top ingredients to form the dough for the meat pies.
roll into disc shapes and set aside - cover to avoid drying out.

Saute the the onions and lamb meat add in the pine nuts and spices.

place 1-2 Tbsp of the filling into the disc and close into a triangle shape.

Cook at 350 until golden brown,
