1 leg of lamb
3 large garlic cloves
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 large lemons
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the lamb and place it in a roasting pan. Cut slits in the lamb, deep enough to place cloves inside. Cut your garlic cloves in half, and place them in the slits. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste) together making a glaze. Next pour the glaze over the lamb shank, covering it completely. Bake the lamb uncovered in the oven at 350 until inside is 165 degrees or until desired. Intermittently ladle glaze over lamb while roasting.
