10 potatoes
1 can of chicken broth
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into wedges and place into a baking pan. Pour chicken broth over potatoes, then lemon juice, and lastly olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then stir potatoes until all wedges are evenly covered with juice. Place uncovered in an oven preheated to 400 until juice boils (about 35-40 minutes). Potatoes will be done when all the juice is soaked up and wedges are golden brown.
