1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
3 c. sweetened condensed milk (2½ cans)
½ c. sour cream
¾ c. key lime juice (yes, it's a thing)
1 Tbsp. grated lime zest

Directions:

Makes: 8 Servings Time: 55 Minutes

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

2. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest. Mix well and pour into crust.

3. Bake in oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. DO NOT BROWN!!!

4. Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream if desired.
