Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground turkey
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
¼ c. feta cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add ground turkey to a mixing bowl with the feta cheese, oregano, parsley, and garlic powder.
Gently mix with your hands until everything is well combined.
Break the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Add salt and pepper to both sides of the patty.
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and put over medium-high heat.
Once nice and hot, add the patties to the pan.
Once you see the turkey cooked about 3/4 up the side of the patty, go ahead and flip.
If you are adding cheese, now would be the time to do so! also add about 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover to get the cheese nice and melted.
Once the patty has good color on the bottom it is good to eat!
High five Tyler because his recipes are awesome!

Personal Notes:
Few things are better than a good burger, and not many are worse than an under-seasoned burger. It is rare that a recipe just works on the first try but this did the trick! After about 2 months of weight-watchers I came up with this recipe and it knocked our socks off and became a house-hold staple.

Goes great with some mayo, some lettuce, and maybe some pickles!
