Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground meat
1 1/2 cups of rice (converted Uncle Ben's Rice)
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
3/4 cup of olive oil
1 large onion finely chopped
Tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
2 lb jar of grape leaves
1 can of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, juice of lemons, can of tomato sauce, and the oil. Mix well. Rinse your jar of grape leaves, and separate one at a time. To roll your grape leaves, first take one leaf, and put it vein side up with the stem facing you on a plate. Place 1 tsp approximately of the mixture on the leaf. Fold the left side towards the middle first, and then the right side. Lastly, roll the stem away from you until the leaf resembles a burrito. In a stock pot, add olive oil to cover the bottom of the pot. Place rolled grape leaves in the pot. This should be done in a tight manner so they do not fall apart while cooking. Continue to roll grape leaves until your mixture is gone, and your pot is full and tight. Combine 1 can of chicken broth and 1 can of water. Use the mixture to cover grape leaves in your pot. Cut 1 lemon into wedges and squeeze the juice on top of the grape leaves. Place a heavy dish over top to prevent leaves from coming apart while cooking. Cook on top of the stove for 40-45 minutes. It will come to a boil, and the juice will be absorbed by the rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Rolling the grape leaves is the same procedure as rolling a stuffed cabbage.
