3 c. frozen tortellini
¼ c. butter
¼ c. flour
1 ½ c. half and half
1 ½ c. milk
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1 can sliced mushrooms
½ c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. Rinse with warm water. Keep warm. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended. Gradually stir in half & half, milk, bouillon cubes. Cook. Stir constantly until it thickens. Add mushrooms. Stir in parmesan cheese just until melted. Serve over tortellini.
