1 cup quinoa
1 pound venison (or turkey or bison)
Red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
1/3 onion
3 whole eggs
1/3 cup almond milk
1 avocado
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
• In a bowl, boil 1 cup quinoa with 2 cups
water. Then simmer
• Chop peppers and onions
• In a skillet, brown your meat
• In a skillet, cook veggies on medium. Add
browned meat to veggie skillet
• In a bowl, whisk eggs and almond milk
together. Scramble in skillet on medium
heat
• In veggie/meat skillet, add 1 cup water and
2 tbsp low sodium taco season. Simmer
until water is gone
• Combine all together. Top with avocado and
salsa. I used a spic y/sweet sauerkraut salsa
