1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 (3.4 oz.) pumpkin spice instant pudding
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg together and set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Stir in pumpkin, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat in one egg at a time. Add dry mix slowly. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes.

(If you can't get pumpkin spice pudding, add 4 tsp. pumpkin spice to 2 3.4 oz. vanilla pudding mix.)
