1 lime
1 lemon
1 orange
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 (9 to 12 oz.) Cool Whip or 1 c. cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grated rind and juice from lime, lemon, and orange in top of double boiler. Add egg and sugar. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Chill and fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream. Serve over fresh fruits, such as melon balls, pineapple, and bananas. Cover and refrigerate.
