3 Tomatoes-skinned, cut & seeded
1 Cucumber-cut & seeded
1 Small Onion
1 Small jar Pimentos
1 Green Pepper-seeded & cut
2 c Major Peter's Original Bloody Mary Mix
2 c Tomato Juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
¼ c Red Wine
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Cut tomatoes, onions, peppers, and pimentos into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir thoroughly and chill before serving.
Gazpacho is intended to be served chilled as a refreshing start to any meal.
