1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 large jar marshmallow cream


8 oz. pkg. powdered sugar
c. butter or oleo
c. carnation milk
c. cocoa
tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add flour and pecans. Beat well. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 30-40 mins. at 350. Spread marshmallow cream over top while still warm. Cool. Frost.
