1 can condensed beef broth
½ cup water
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 T. soy sauce
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbs. peanut oil
4 cups broccoli flowerets
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Directions:

1. In bowl combine broth, water, cornstarch, soy sauce, and red pepper; set aside. In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 Tbs. hot oil, stir fry broccoli and onions 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Transfer to bowl. In same skillet in remaining hot oil, stir fry beef, ½ at a time, until color just changes. Transfer to bowl with broccoli.
2. Stir broth mixture into skillet. Cook over high heat until mixture just boils and thickens, stirring often. Add broccoli beef mixture - heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serve with additional soy sauce.
