½ c. Jalapeno pepper (Hot) Ortega Brand 4 oz.
2 c. bell peppers (I used red)
6 c. sugar
1½ c. white vinegar
salt to taste
1 bottle Certo
Directions:
Directions:
Seed pepper, chop green pepper, and add some of the vinegar. Put in blender and blend smooth. Add rest of vinegar to sugar and pepper mixture. Boil to rolling boil - 4 to 5 minutes. Cool a few minutes, skin, add Certo, and a few drops of food coloring. Pour into jelly glasses.
