1/4 cup dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons sodium-free beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all of the ingredients into a bowl or a lidded container. Mix together well.


Use as a substitute for a 1-ounce envelope of dry onion soup mix.


To make classic onion dip: Combine this mix with 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream OR 8 oz sour cream with 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip).
