3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup plus 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg, then flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Pour the batter into a prepared 9 x 9" pan, and spread evenly.

Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
