2 c. flour
¼ c. cocoa
1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
⅓ c. oil
1½ tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
½ c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix zucchini, oil, and vanilla together. Add all dry ingredients, mix lightly, but do not beat. Bake at 350º 20 - 30 minutes in a 9x13" pan.
