20 oz frozen corn (or 2-1/2 cups fresh)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 T sugar
2 T butter
1/4 cup fat free milk
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Remove corn from freezer and let sit out for 10-15 minutes, or until thawed.
In a large saucepan, add thawed corn, cream, salt, pepper, sugar & butter.
In a small bowl whisk together milk and flour, until smooth and stir into corn mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often to keep the cream from burning, for 25-30 minutes, or until corn is cooked through and mixture is thickened.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
