2 ˝ lbs Chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces and marinated in
1 cup buttermilk for 2-8 hours

3 eggs
⅓ cup water
1 cup hot red pepper sauce
4 cup flour
2 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
Peanut oil for frying

Place cut up chicken in ziplock bag and cover with buttermilk. Chill for at least 2 hours.
In a large bowl combine eggs, water, and red hot sauce, whisk until combined.
In a large gallon plastic bag mix flour, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
Remove the chicken from the marinate and sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place chicken in egg mixture then in dry mixture and fry in hot oil, 350 degrees turning once until desired color. Drain on paper towel.
