2 boxes (3.4 oz each) JELL-O Instant Pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 small container (8 oz) sour cream
1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1 cup pecan pieces
16 oz Cool Whip, thawed

maraschino cherries, for garnish if desired

1 c coconut if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple chunks and set aside. Retain juice.

Mix jell-pudding mix with pineapple juice until smooth.

Mix in sour cream.

Mix in crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks.

Mix in half the bag of mini marshamallows.

Mix in pecans.

Mix in Cool Whip.

If coconut desired, mix in.

Garnish with maraschino if desired.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving.
