1 chicken fryer or substitute 1 large can chicken
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes & green chilies
1/2 can chicken broth or milk
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp cumin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese
1 bag tortilla chips


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
If boiling chicken, reserve broth.
Place crushed tortilla chips in casserole dish, with chicken placed on top.
Mix together Rotel, chicken broth, chopped onion soups, cumin and pour over crushed tacos and chicken. Add grated cheese to top and bake until hot and bubbly.
