2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 onions, chopped
3 potatoes, pared and quartered
10 ¾ oz. can condensed tomato soup
½ soup can of water
1 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
1 bay leaf
¼ red cooking wine

Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven or crock pot. Cover and cook for 5 hours at 275º.
