1 package Duncan Hines Deluxe II White Cake Mix
1/4 cup Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Water
1 can Pie Filling, 20-23 ounces
Vanilla (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Pour oil into 13"x9" pan, tilt to cover bottom. Put cake mix, eggs, water and vanilla into pan. Stir with fork until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter, using a fork to fold into batter just enough to create a marbled effect. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Loosen sides of cake.
