1 cup White Sugar
2 Tbs Cocoa
2 Tbs butter
1 cup (5oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, cocoa, and butter over low heat until the wet mixture looks like a light sand color.

Note demerara or cane sugar is naturally darker due to molasses content, so if using, monitor caramelization.

Whisk in the evaporated milk and vanilla until the mixture is thick.

Remove from heat and serve. 15 minutes preparation time. Serves 4.
