8 slices bacon
1 small purple onion
3 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
4 cup fresh broccoli
sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble bacon into jar. Add diced onion, vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator overnight. Pour over fresh broccoli, mix, and serve. If desired, add seeds and mix well before serving.
