2 TBSP butter
3 cloves garlic, diced
½ small onion, diced
48 oz. chicken broth
1 TBSP Italian seasoning
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
28 oz. diced tomatoes
15 oz. great northern beans (rinsed/drained)
15 oz. black beans (rinsed/drained)
large handful of small spinach leaves
small bag tortellini (approx. 9 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat crockpot to high.
Add butter, garlic, and onion. Cook until garlic and onion are tender.
Add all the other ingredients and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until spinach is well cooked.
Optional: top with Parmesan or Mozarella cheese
